Поліморфні варіанти A1166C гена АТІІR1 у хворих на серцево-судинну патологію

Анотація

В огляді представлено аналіз даних щодо ролі поліморфних варіантів A1166C гена рецепторів 1 типу до ангіотензину ІІ (АТІІR1) при артеріальній гіпертензії, серцевій недостатності, інфаркті міокарда. Показано, що ген АТІІR1 є геном-кандидатом, якому притаманні властивості самостійного фактора серцево-судинного ризику. Поліморфізм А1166С гена ATIIR1 асоціюється не тільки з модифікацією ефектів ренін-ангіотензин-альдостеронової системи, а й їхнім впливом на перебіг серцево-судинних захворювань та фенотиповими проявами.
